To further enhance its retail offerings, the company is seeking a dynamic candidate to contribute to the tenant mix strategy and overall leasing success.

• Source and secure new tenants that align with the mall’s positioning and target customer base.
• Handle lease renewals, renegotiations, and tenancy-related documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Conduct market analysis on current retail trends and perform competitor benchmarking.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth lease execution and handovers.
• Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate tenant records.
• Assist in tenant fit‑out coordination and ensure compliance with mall SOP and guidelines.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to support tenant success and drive footfall.
• Provide input on tenant mix strategy to enhance overall mall performance.
• Assist in the preparation of leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense tracking.

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mall/retail leasing or commercial property.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in a shopping mall environment is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
