JOB OBJECTIVE
The Graphic cum Sales Executive involves creating visually appealing designs for packaging, labelling, brochures and marketing materials to support the promotion of medical device products. He/she will also actively participate in various marketing activities, such as customer visits and exhibitions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Collaborate with other departments to understand products, industry regulations and design standards for medical device packaging labelling.
- Responsible for the labelling artwork design of product packaging, striking a balance between visual, informativeness and compliance with medical regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the design of brochures and any marketing materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits as well as company solutions to potential customers or business partners.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation, including label artwork drawings, for product approvals and certifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products and regulatory changes, and when necessary, provide timely feedback to internal teams.
- Occasional travel to participate in marketing initiatives and events as needed, including trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Perform any other pertinent responsibility that may be assigned occasionally as required by Top Management or immediate superior.
AUTHORITIES
- Make recommendation on items related to product packaging and marketing materials to the next level of management.
- Authorized to change the labelling artwork design and the design of marketing materials for improvement in product branding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in medical industry marketing or marketing-specific responsibilities.
EXPERIENCE
- Working in a sales and marketing related position in medical devices manufacturing will be an added advantage.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in English language is a must; Chinese is an added advantage.
- Computer literate and familiar with all Microsoft Applications; Adobe software is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail.
- Fast learner and good understanding of medical devices manufacturing or healthcare industry, and able to strive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Presentable, people person with friendly personality.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Presentation skills and experience in performing corporate presentation will be an added advantage.
