Bachelor’s degree or above in any field. Majors in Marketing, Media & Communications, Chinese Studies, Philosophy, Sociology, or related fields are an advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field. Majors in Marketing, Media & Communications, Chinese Studies, Philosophy, Sociology, or related fields are an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in brand marketing, content operations, social media management, or digital marketing fields.
- Familiar with major social media platforms and digital content operations.
- Strong content planning and copywriting ability (English and/or Mandarin).
- Basic analytical skills with good aesthetic and visual communication sense.
- Able to independently plan content and collaborate well with design/video teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Strong interest or foundational knowledge in metaphysics (Yi Jing, Bazi, Feng Shui, Qi Men, energy studies, spiritual wellness).
- Experience creating metaphysics‑related content is a significant advantage.
- Appreciation and respect for metaphysical culture with a professional and responsible knowledge‑sharing attitude.
Responsibilities
Brand Implementation & Cultural Integration
- Execute brand strategies and ensure all marketing materials reflect metaphysical concepts (Yi Jing, Bazi, Feng Shui, Qi Men, etc.).
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and professionalism across all platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, user sentiment, and community feedback to strengthen brand reputation.
Content Planning & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute online/offline campaigns such as themed learning series, livestream sessions, metaphysics tips, Q&A, and seasonal promotions.
- Translate traditional metaphysics concepts into engaging and relatable content for modern audiences.
- Support content calendars, campaign planning, event coordination, and promotional timelines.
Creative Content Production
- Work with design teams to produce marketing assets such as graphics, posters, reels, TikTok‑style videos, educational content, articles, and scripts.
- Generate ideas for metaphysics storytelling, trend‑based content, and culture‑focused branding projects.
- Ensure accuracy of metaphysical information and avoid misleading interpretations.
Social Media & Platform Management
- Manage daily operations across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Instagram, WeChat, and private communities.
- Execute digital marketing activities including KOL collaborations, community engagement, paid ads, hashtag strategies, and user acquisition.
- Build online presence within niche metaphysics communities to increase brand visibility.
User Insight & Marketing Optimization
- Study user behavior, preferences, and content patterns of metaphysics enthusiasts.
- Track performance metrics and optimise content strategies to boost engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations for future content and product promotions.
Market Research & Competitor Study
- Stay updated with metaphysics industry trends, viral topics, and emerging user needs.
- Review competitor content styles, offerings, pricing, customer feedback, and marketing strategies.
- Propose differentiation ideas and opportunities for brand innovation.
