Medical Product Specialist - Interventional Cardiology (Based in Johor)

Averlife Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and driven Medical Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will promote our portfolio of medical devices, provide case support in the Interventional Cardiac Lab (ICL), and work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding clinical and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge and master clinical & professional selling techniques.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote products, execute marketing initiatives, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Plan and implement market strategies for both new and existing products in line with divisional goals.
• Provide technical training and knowledge-sharing through scheduled Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs.
• Offer professional case support and application support in the Interventional Cardiac Lab (ICL) as needed.
• Manage and resolve stakeholder issues, objections, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage consignment stock to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent discrepancies.
• Build strong relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and medical staff.
• Attend industry meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the medical device industry, including competitor products.

• 1–3 years’ experience in the medical industry, ideally in medical devices.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
