Job summary
A large organization in the Fintech industry is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations in their Johor Bahru office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, including a degree in Accounting or Finance, and professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA. Proficiency in Mandarin is required. The role offers a competitive salary of up to MYR 144,000 annually and a flexible working environment that promotes work-life balance. Frequent travel to the HQ in Singapore is expected.

- Coordinate with external auditors for audits.
- Evaluate financial risks and implement controls.
- Guide accounting team performance.
- Collaborate with departments on financial strategies.
