A leading corporation in Malaysia is seeking an experienced administrative support specialist to manage daily office tasks. Responsibilities include organizing documentation, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a valid driving license. This position also offers medical, miscellaneous allowance, and parking benefits.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field required for this position
Knowledgeable/User of Accounting/Business software is an advantage (please state in resume)

Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent

Responsible for day-to-day administration task; including recording, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, order monitoring, preparing documents (procurement, invoice, delivery order and acknowledgement order)
Organizing and maintaining office documentation
