Chapman Freeborn Airchartering invites applications for the position of Passenger Sales Manager in Italy. This role offers a unique opportunity for the selected candidate to shape and define their own role within our organization. If you have a passion for air charter, passenger solutions, aviation, freight forwarding, logistics, or the travel industry; thrive in a fast-paced environment; and want to learn and grow with the global Chapman Freeborn Airchartering team, we are looking for you.

Purpose of the Role
  • Proactively identify targets and secure business opportunities across Passenger / Commercial and Private Jet products.
  • Develop Passenger Sales Strategies and implement related business objectives across the region in line with VP PAX EU and CCO.
  • Play a fundamental role in developing future growth and enhancing the company's position as a market leader.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan in conjunction with the VP PAX EU and the CCO PAX to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
  • Support the development of Passenger Strategies and implement related business objectives across the region in line with VP PAX EU, Group Passenger Leasing Director, and CCO PAX.
  • Work with the VP PAX EU and CCO PAX to develop country-specific plans aligned with Passenger Sales Strategies, maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers to generate business.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets to meet business objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop new business through follow-ups, recommendations, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the region’s Passenger brokers, providing information and support throughout the brokering process.
  • Partner with the VP PAX EU and CCO PAX to build sales focus and dedication in the region.
What will our ideal candidate have?
  • Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience within Italy.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English language skills.
  • Knowledge of the local Italian market.
  • Experience in the aviation industry.
  • Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to balance client needs with business objectives successfully.
