This position involves managing a variety of accounts across Key Traditional, Modern, and Online Channels within the networking category.
The role requires working with channel and retail partners to build their capabilities, co-selling, and driving channel sales performance.
Responsibilities include achieving top-line sales and profit growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced account management environment and within the computer networking industry. Extensive communication with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face is required.
Visits to retail stores to provide training, support, and merchandise are also part of the role.
Reporting to the BU manager, the candidate will collaborate across all business areas.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed revenue sales quotas and market share targets.
- Develop and implement sales and engagement strategies for channel growth and brand equity.
- Create and execute go-to-market channel sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Motivate and enable resellers through programs, working closely with marketing, pricing, and program teams.
- Conduct business reviews, sales forecasting, and manage sell-out/sales-through programs.
- Improve channel sales processes and collaborate on new programs and initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and initiatives.
- Analyze and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop business plans and prepare client reports.
- Attend meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Provide weekly reports on accounts and competitor activity.
- Build strong relationships with regional and national accounts.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Manage key accounts to meet sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic new business plans.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize volume.
- Plan and manage promotions and supply forecasting.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of channel account management experience in IT traditional, modern, or online channels.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Deep understanding of business dynamics and channel management complexities.
- Ability to work independently with motivation to achieve results.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in marketing, business, or related disciplines.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
