The core responsibilities of the Accounting Receivable include maintaining accurate records of all amounts owed to the hotel from guests, concessionaires, tenants, credit card companies, and employees. While not responsible for credit approval, collaboration with the credit team is essential to follow up on overdue accounts.

What will I be doing?

As an Accounting Receivable, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Posting payments received from banks to credit card accounts.
  2. Preparing and reconciling credit card transactions and submitting deposit slips daily.
  3. Handling credit card inquiries and preparing credit vouchers for chargebacks or rebates.
  4. Maintaining supporting documents for all credit card charges.
  5. Posting daily transactions to the city ledger accounts.
  6. Ensuring accurate balances in the city ledger accounts.
  7. Performing other duties as assigned.
