- Manage the day-to-day tour operation and quotation activities, ensuring efficient delivery of travel packages
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to negotiate rates, secure availability, and create competitive quotations
- Monitor and optimise tour itineraries and costing to maximise profitability
- Provide guidance and training to junior members of the tour operation team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms
- Ensure compliance with all relevant travel industry regulations and company policies
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior tour operation or travel consultant role
- Proven track record in managing complex travel packages and quotations
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficient in using travel industry software and tools
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
