Job description
Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing, improving, and redesigning SPX Express business processes (for assigned relevant sections/topics)
- Maps and documents key business processes (for assigned relevant sections/topics)
- Identifies bottlenecks and/or pain points in current processes and proposes improvement suggestions
- Gathers improvement input from site visits and also from the Compliance and Quality Control / Assurance team
- Updates and maintains documentation on process improvements and process performance
- Preferably 1-2 yrs experience in Business Process / SOP Reengineering
- Preferably coming from logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background
- Familiar with KPI logistics, metrics, systems, and flow
- Experienced in developing, maintaining, and/or updating SOPs
- Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and easy to adapt to new environment
- Willing to be placed at South Jakarta
