Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact for ShopeeFood and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants.
- Responsible for maintaining merchant performance by offering participation in ShopeeFood campaigns and other services through online channels (Email, WhatsApp Blast, and phone calls).
- Handle price competitiveness by monitoring merchant pricing, ensuring competitive positioning, and recommending necessary adjustments.
- Manage administrative updates such as menu changes, photo updates, and other required modifications to support merchant operations.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, web browsers, WhatsApp, and WhatsApp Blast tools.
- Target-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving performance goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experienced in daily canvassing and monitoring tasks.
- Good understanding of district-to-subdistrict mapping in Sidoarjo.
- Experienced in managing merchant package activations.
- Able to simulate, analyze, and calculate program/campaign proposals for merchants.
