In this role, you will own and drive a portfolio of countries within the payroll expansion team, delivering impactful product solutions that enable global workforce operations. You will manage complex projects end-to-end, balancing strategic priorities with execution, while mentoring junior Product Managers and guiding cross‑functional teams. Your work will directly influence product efficiency, scalability, and organizational growth across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong autonomy, executive‑level stakeholder management, and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
