We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist with strong expertise in the Indonesian market and excellent Bahasa Indonesia proficiency to support our product growth and operational excellence in Indonesia.
【Responsibilities】
Supplier & Product Management
Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with local Indonesian suppliers, including travel agencies, hotels, transportation providers, attractions, and restaurants
Support price negotiations, contract coordination, and daily supplier communication
Ensure supplier service quality meets company standards and resolve delivery or service-related issues
Product Operations & Order Fulfillment
Operate internal booking and operations systems to accurately process and confirm Indonesia-related orders
Maintain up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory through precise system data entry
Continuously optimize order processing workflows and proactively identify system or process improvement opportunities
Local Quality Control & Market Research
Conduct on-site inspections of attractions or testing of new services as required
Perform on-site customer interviews when necessary to collect first‑hand traveler feedback
Monitor Indonesian travel market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable local insights
Local Emergency Support
Act as the primary local emergency contact in Indonesia for urgent traveler situations (non‑routine cases)
Quickly coordinate with local suppliers such as hotels or transportation partners to resolve emergencies
Initial Customer Support (First 3 Months)
Assist with customer service inquiries during the first three months to gain familiarity with Taiwanese customer behavior and internal order workflows
【Qualifications】
Language Skills : Native or fluent Bahasa Indonesia and fluent Chinese (spoken and written)
Location : Must be based in Bali, with solid knowledge of local geography and transportation across major tourist destinations
【Core Competencies】
Familiarity with the Indonesian travel supplier ecosystem and basic negotiation experience
Strong logical thinking with the ability to independently manage complex orders and administrative tasks
Excellent problem‑solving skills and composure in fast‑changing or unexpected situations
High self‑discipline and time management skills, suitable for a remote work environment
Comfortable with computers and common office tools
【Nice to Have】
Good English reading and writing skills
In‑depth knowledge of Indonesia’s travel market and supplier resources
Experience in travel agencies, hotels, airlines, customer service centers, or startup environments
Strength in data organization and process optimization to support product improvements
【Work Type】
Full‑time, remote position (frequently based in Bali, Indonesia)
40 hours per week, with flexibility to support service needs on weekdays and weekends
