• We aim to exceed customer production and technology requirements by accelerating the development, manufacturing, and delivery of quality products through Lam’s global supply chain.

• This leadership role involves technical troubleshooting and providing engineering solutions to Remote Factories (RF) manufacturing Lam products. The candidate will manage programs or projects and drive cross-functional team alignment within the SET group.

• Develop suppliers to meet Lam quality standards.
• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods for all product development and manufacturing phases.
• Prepare testing and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and achieve company objectives.
• Manage projects and facilitate cross-functional team alignment for key initiatives in SET.

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in Test Engineering/Development, with knowledge of TestStand, LabView, C#, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Understanding of control systems in process automation (preferably gas delivery systems) and serial communication protocols (Device Net, Ethercat, RS 485, RS 232).
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and proficiency in electrical circuit testing and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a track record of managing technical projects.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
