As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, supporting activities from candidate sourcing to onboarding. This role offers the chance to work closely with HR professionals and contribute to innovative hiring strategies.

• Assist in the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Support the development of internship program initiatives and engagement activities.
• Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and contribute innovative ideas for attracting talent.
• Help create and update job descriptions and recruitment documentation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Candidates must have legal authorization to work in India. The selection process includes an initial recruiter screening and one interview round conducted via MS Teams.
