Job Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct training sessions on company mobile products (e.g., key features, technical specs, user experience) to ensure accurate product messaging.
- Develop localized sales scripts (in Bahasa Indonesia/regional dialects) to address common customer objections (e.g., price comparisons, feature doubts).
- Research competitors (e.g., Samsung, OPPO, vivo) regularly in terms of models, promotions, and market trends, and develop counter-strategies.
- Strengthen the sales team’s skills in competitive product comparison through role-playing and practical drills.
- Assist in breaking down sales targets (monthly/quarterly) and design incentive programs (e.g., sales rankings, script competitions).
- Provide coaching to underperforming stores/individuals and track improvements.
- Gather frontline sales challenges and consumer insights, providing optimization suggestions to HQ (e.g., training focus, marketing material adjustments).
Job Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 2+ years in the mobile phone industry, with backgrounds such as:
- Mobile brand trainer/retail trainer
- Mobile store manager/sales supervisor
- Mobile brand promoter team leader
Local Expertise: Indonesian nationality, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects (e.g., Javanese, Balinese). Familiar with the mobile market and consumer preferences in East Java, Bali, NTT, and NTB. Experience in consumer electronics training (e.g., tablets, earphones) is a plus. Basic English or Mandarin skills are not mandatory.Strong presentation skills, able to simplify technical terms (e.g., camera specs, processor performance).Willing to travel frequently (80% field work) and work under pressure.
