A dynamic company in Bekasi, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Order Processor Staff. Responsibilities include processing store orders, coordinating with teams for fulfillment, and data entry. Ideal candidates have a degree, 1+ years of experience in administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work weekends and be placed across Java is required.
Competenze
- 1+ years of experience in administration or similar role, retail sector is a plus.
- Willing to work on weekends or shifting schedules.
- Willing to be placed around Java (Indonesia).

- Review and accurately process store orders in the system.
- Coordinate with other departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Check and record incoming goods from suppliers.
- Data entry for stock count and reconciliation.
- Prepare price tags for store items.
- Process write-offs or stock adjustments in the system.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Order Processor Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Berkah Bekasi Ops' in Bekasi West Java.
- Review and acurrately process store order in system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Check and record incoming goods from suppliers in the system
- Data entry for stock count and reconcile the result; store and DC
- Prepare price tag for store items for store
- Process write off or stock adjustment in system
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree from any major; administration is a plus
- Minimum 1 years of experience in administration or similar role; retail sector is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Having good communication skills and Can-Do attitude
- Willing to work on the weekend or shifting
- Willing to be placed all around Java (Indonesia)
