A local firm is seeking a Data Entry Intern to assist in data processing within the operations department. The role demands attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, and is open to fresh graduates or final-year students in relevant fields. Responsibilities include preparing documents, entering data into the database, verifying accuracy, and responding to information requests. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in data management.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates or final year students of Administration, Secretary, Management, or related field.
- Excellence in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented and familiar with Data Entry/Data Management.
- Able to effectively and quickly adopt new technology.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
- Input data into the company's database.
- Check and ensure data accuracy in the database.
- Adjust incomplete information and data.
- Create data backups as part of the contingency plan.
- Respond to information requests from authorized members.
- Manage documents and records efficiently.
- Prepare relevant reports for the relevant division.
