Job Description

Assist the Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities on-site.

Ensure that all work is executed according to project specifications, schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Manage and oversee civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, piping, electrical, instrument, painting, insulation work related to the midstream project.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Plan, coordinate, and ensure the availability of documents related to construction execution, such as construction methods, manpower plans, man-hours plans, equipment plans, rigging plans, work packaging, requisition plans, and other relevant documents.

Plan, coordinate, review, and ensure the readiness and availability of construction resources, particularly equipment, materials, and workforce.

Assist the CM in planning the preparation of temporary facilities.

Monitor project progress, resources, and workforce to identify and resolve potential delays.

Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.

Lead and participate in site meetings, progress reporting, and client coordination.

Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to site teams.

Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and construction updates for management.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
  • Proven experience in handling EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiar with construction planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Expertise in contract management, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations, work permits, and construction safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project), and construction reporting tools.
  • Certification Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMBOK).

Experience as a Work Leader in Remote Oil & Gas Projects, Offshore Oil & Gas Projects, or Pipeline Oil & Gas Projects.
