About the role

We are seeking a Tax Staff to join our talented and growing team at PT.MARGOWANAYA DAYASENTOSA' in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, value-added tax, and other relevant tax filings
2. Conduct tax planning and provide tax advisory services to clients
3. Analyse tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure client compliance
4. Assist with tax audits and represent clients in dealings with tax authorities
5. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
6. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and industry best practices
7. Provide exceptional client service and support

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a tax or accounting role, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in preparing tax returns and conducting tax planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using tax-related software and spreadsheet applications
