A leading company in the medical device industry is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical device sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build networks with hospitals and government agencies. This role requires a proactive attitude and a willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia.
1. Manage, direct, and monitor the work of Sales Executives.
2. Conduct joint visits with the team.
3. Be responsible for achieving sales targets and fostering growth.
4. Build and maintain effective communication with the entire sales team and develop a marketing network with potential markets in the area.
5. Evaluate team performance and sales achievements.
6. Determine product selling prices and discounts based on the company's price list.
7. Coordinate with the Product Department at the head office for team training, marketing strategies, product presentations, product availability, and future needs estimation.
8. Maintain effective communication with clients and potential customers.
9. Explore new markets and establish networks with relevant parties, including hospitals, local government, and business partners.
10. Organize workshops, presentations, and meetings with hospitals and government or private agencies to promote sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from any background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales and marketing.
- Extensive network and experience establishing relationships with doctors and hospitals in the designated area.
- Confidence and proactive attitude.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a large team across different locations.
- Willingness to travel frequently and be based anywhere in Indonesia.
