A leading technology company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand its B2B customer base, focusing on big data and cybersecurity industries. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, exemplary communication and negotiation skills, and be fluent in English. The role involves market research, client relationship management, and local supplier development. This position requires full-time office work from Mon-Fri.
Business Development Specialist (IP Proxy)
1. Business Development
Responsible for expanding the enterprise (B2B) customer base, with a focus on industries such as big data, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and advertising.
Conduct market research, client visits, and engage in both online and offline channels to proactively acquire potential customers, establishing and maintaining a high-value customer database.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their latest business developments and project requirements.
Identify and explore potential client needs, offering tailored products or solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute client retention plans to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
3. Market Research and Analysis
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape of cloud computing in the Indonesian and Malaysian markets.
Collect and analyze competitor information, including product features, application scenarios, pricing models, and market share.
Prepare comprehensive market analysis reports to provide data-driven insights and support strategic business decisions.
4. Local Supplier Development and Business Negotiations
Assist in developing local supply chain resources, including but not limited to telecommunications operators, cloud infrastructure providers, and related technology partners.
Participate in the creation of cooperation proposals, lead business negotiations, and facilitate contract signing and execution.
Track project progress to ensure timely and successful implementation of cooperative initiatives.
