Job description

Is a sales professional who handles the marketing duties necessary for the business, focused on IT Products & Solutions (Projects).

Is a sales person responsible for searching new projects, developing, creating, maintaining long-term relationships with accounts, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Main Duties:
  1. Find and manage new projects for selling all IT Products and Solutions.
  2. Search for and create projects/end users for selling all Products & Solutions.
  3. Meetings, presentations, visits, negotiations, dealing, and selling to new and/or existing customers are essential.
  4. Negotiate, tender, and communicate (with new customers and/or existing partners) to meet assigned targets.
  5. Build and manage overall relationships with project partners and serve as the PIC contact.
  6. Focus on growing and developing existing customers by generating new coverage and customers.
Requirements:
  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • Own a vehicle (motorcycle/car) and a laptop is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT Products & Solutions as a Sales Project is required.
  • Possess a database/customer list coverage from existing accounts (end users/projects) and experience in tender processes from start to finish is preferred.
  • Strong background as a sales/account manager.
  • Understanding of the disciplines required to develop and create new projects (Tender/PL) is essential.
  • Target-oriented, aggressive, and proactive sales approach.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Computer skills are required (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, self-motivated.
  • Willing to work in Surabaya and travel outside Surabaya for project creation, presentation, installation, and customer engagement as necessary.
