Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur is seeking a Maintenance Staff member responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machines. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma-3 in Mechatronics and has at least 1 year of experience. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and understanding of electrical systems are preferred. Good English skills and engineering certificates are advantageous.

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machines. This role ensures everything is working properly and safely, including electrical systems and mechanical tools. The staff also responds to repair requests, helps prevent breakdowns through regular checks, and works closely with other departments to support smooth daily operations.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machines.
- Ensure electrical systems and mechanical tools operate safely and effectively.
- Respond to repair requests and coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.
- Proactively prevent breakdowns through regular preventive maintenance.
- Diploma-3 Degree in Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) or SolidWorks; ability to read line landscape/wiring diagrams; understanding of basic PLC and IoT applications.
- Read and spoken English is preferable.
- Certificates of engineering competencies are preferable.
- Willing to work at Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
