Job description

Project Management Office Senior Specialist

Develop project plans, including timelines, measurable results, budgets, resource requirements, and communication strategies.

Deliver projects with excellent quality, meeting target deadlines, and adhering to project processes and governance.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Monitor projects by providing solutions and advice to achieve project targets.

Implement project communication plans, including status reports and updates.

Report on project progress, deliverables, and achievements to senior management.

Resolve issues related to projects effectively.

Proactively gather necessary project information from all parties.

Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Motivate, engage, and ensure effective collaboration among project team members.

Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to develop and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies aligned with business goals.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.
  • Proficient in professional English.
  • Experience with project support tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and coach at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
  • Experience with digital transformation and automation in supply chain processes.
  • Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, PMO, or related disciplines.
  • Understanding of change management principles within a PMO context.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and innovations.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel.
