In April 2008, to enhance corporate synergies, PT. Australia Indonesian Milk Industries (PT. INDOMILK), PT. Indomurni Dairy Industries, PT. Ultrindo, PT. INDOLAKTO, and PT. Indoeskrim merged into a single business entity known as PT. INDOLAKTO.

As one of the largest dairy product manufacturers in Indonesia, PT. INDOLAKTO produces popular brands such as INDOMILK, Cap Enaak, Tiga Sapi, Orchid Butter, and Indofood Ice Cream. Our product range includes powdered milk, various types of liquid milk (UHT, sterilized bottled/can, pasteurized), sweetened condensed milk, butter, and ice cream. To meet market demands, PT. INDOLAKTO operates seven factories located in Jakarta, Cikarang, Sukabumi, Pandaan, and Purwosari, as well as 26 distribution branches located all over Indonesia.
