Payroll Supervisor
Job summary
A distribution division of a major food group is seeking an experienced payroll professional in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. You will coordinate end-to-end payroll processing, manage audits, and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of payroll experience, a degree in Information Systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing.
- Review payroll calculations and tax withholdings.
- Manage payroll audits and year-end activities.

- Review payroll calculations, adjustments, deductions, and tax withholdings for accuracy
- Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities
- Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR and Finance
- Prepare payroll reports for management
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, or Technical Information (preferred)
- 3–5 years of payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
