A retail company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Merchandise Manager responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies to achieve sales, margin, and inventory targets. This role includes overseeing product lifecycles, managing inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail merchandising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This position is essential for maintaining the company's market leadership in the retail sector.
The Merchandise Manager for the adidas brand is responsible for developing and executing the overall merchandising strategy to achieve sales, margin, and inventory targets. This includes building a strong OTB plan, merchandise frameworks, seasonal assortment strategies, maintaining healthy inventory levels, managing the RTV process, balancing store stock and clearance aging, and overseeing product lifecycles across all channels. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams such as Store Operations, Marketing, VM, and other related functions, as well as with the adidas principal teams, to deliver strong commercial results and an elevated consumer satisfaction and experience.
