The company focuses on delivering science-based skincare solutions through medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and key dermatology channels. With rapid expansion in Indonesia, the company is strengthening its commercial team to enhance market penetration in Eastern territories.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales execution across East Indonesia (Surabaya, Bali, Lombok, Makassar, and surrounding areas).
  • Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand coverage of dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and key medical partners.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate team members (Medical Representatives/Product Specialists) to optimize performance.
  • Strengthen relationships with key doctors, clinic owners, decision makers, and distribution partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for territory expansion.
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing activities (RTDs, product knowledge sessions, doctor engagement initiatives).
  • Monitor operational processes: inventory, demand forecast, sales reporting, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with national sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams to align territory strategy.
  • Manage budget allocation for field activities and ensure efficiency of promotional investments.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales within medical, pharmaceutical, aesthetic, dermatology, or skincare channels.
  • Proven track record managing East Indonesia territory is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading a sales team (medical reps, product specialists, or area-level staff).
  • Strong networking with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, clinics, and hospitals in Eastern regions.
  • Target-driven, strategic, and able to navigate dynamic market conditions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively across East Indonesia.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; background in health/medicine is a plus.
