A leading sales firm in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a proven sales background with at least 2-3 years of experience, including supervision. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, coaching staff, and maintaining strong client relationships. Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This is a hybrid role based in Jakarta and Cikupa, Tangerang, with significant growth opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; minimum high school diploma with relevant experience.
2-3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role; experience at SHCP, Henkel, or Aristek is a significant plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with strong leadership and team motivation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis; familiarity with CRM tools advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Analytical mindset for monitoring KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings as needed.
Willing to work hybrid in Jakarta and Cikupa, Tangerang.
