This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in EMEA.

In this role, you will drive the acquisition and expansion of high-value enterprise accounts within a dynamic, AI-driven workspace technology environment. You will engage strategic prospects, build strong multi-level relationships, and position impactful solutions that address complex operational challenges. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and customer value, influencing decision makers and navigating large organizations. This position offers the opportunity to shape revenue growth, execute high-impact sales motions, and play a vital role in accelerating adoption across global accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine sales tactics, optimize the pipeline, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and converting strategic enterprise prospects.
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Consistently exceed pipeline and quota targets through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging qualified leads.
  • Lead expansion efforts within existing enterprise accounts, uncovering new use cases and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate sales cycles and maximize expansion revenue.
  • Analyze customer segments and market trends to improve pipeline quality and uncover new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience managing large, complex enterprise and mid-market deals.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding a 1M+ annual quota.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute expansion playbooks and grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
  • Experience preparing and managing RFIs or RFQs.
  • Remote role based in Ireland or England, ideally near Dublin or London.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Additional desirable skills: experience selling productivity or project management solutions, success in high-velocity sales cycles, familiarity with land-and-expand models, ability to influence multiple stakeholders, exposure to onboarding or customer success processes, and a strong interest in next-generation AI productivity tools.
