About the role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused SPG to join our team. As an Sales Promotion / Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Locations available: Discovery Mall and Canggu
- Go through our training. Important part of company process
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the products they need
- Driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products
- Maintaining a well-presented and organised store environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment tasks
- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passionate and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
