Who you are :-

As the Country Demand Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the monthly S&OP meetings to achieve the demand plan consensus, including new product introductions, new product, and marketing activities, as well as supply plan balance and constraints/gaps.

This position requires a strategic mind focused on optimizing supply and distribution networks, ensuring timely product availability, and enhancing cost and service efficiencies across the supply chain.

What you'll do :-

Demand Planning & Optimization

Develop and prepare sales & demand forecasting, as well as strategic planning, within the sales organization. Establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Review baseline forecast, phase in phase-out planning, promotional plan, and volume impact due to sales and marketing activity, as well as market demand and share update.

Create, manage, and optimize supply plans to guarantee product availability, minimizing both excess stock and obsolete inventory.

Collaborate with factories/suppliers, logistics, production, and other departments to synchronize the supply chain seamlessly.

Ensure master data is correct and do regular maintenance for master data related to demand planning.

Inventory Management

Monitor and manage inventory across various storage locations to achieve optimal stock turnover and service levels.

Identify potential supply chain disruptions and devise contingency plans to mitigate impact.

Design and refine distribution routes for timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Coordinate with transportation and warehousing teams to maximize distribution efficiency.

Strengthen and maintain relationships with key suppliers, emphasizing continuous improvement initiatives.

Engage proactively with suppliers to ensure punctual deliveries, product quality, and address potential supply challenges.

Performance Metrics & Reporting

Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators, evaluating demand planning efficiency and making necessary adjustments.

Use analytics to provide insights to senior management, aiding strategic decisions.

Lead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency, cost reduction, and service level improvements.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders concerning demand matters.

Regularly communicate supply and distribution performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Who You Are

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in demand planning or related role ideally in a sales/manufacturing organization. Appliances industry is a big plus.

Have experience background in PPIC (production planning & Inventory control).

Working knowledge of Finance, Product Line, and sales.

Excellent supply planning and financial planning skills are required which could be leveraged for planning system design.

Great personal organization skills, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines in the multicultural environment.

Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly (both written and in presentations).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment under minimal supervision.

Is curious and has the analytical skills needed to independently investigate issues, develop solutions, and articulate the associated business case.

The ability to perform as part of a management team.

Experience working with advanced supply chain planning tools (SAP-IBP, SAP-APO).

Demonstrate working knowledge of the Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & MS Projects).

Language skills: both verbal and written fluency in English is a must. Additional Languages is a plus.

You should have experience in utilizing (SAP ECC, SAP APO/SAP IBP, SAP BI, Power BI) and should be an Excel advance user.

You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Electrolux management either as required by the business and/or as part of your career development plan.
