Job Overview:
We are looking for a TikTok Coordinator to join our growing team! As a TikTok Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing and executing TikTok sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, engage the audience, and drive sales for TikTok Shop platform.
Job Role:
- Devise and implement a comprehensive TikTok sales and marketing strategy aligned with e-commerce objectives.
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the TikTok Shop, ensuring products are accurately listed and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok campaigns, including flash sales, exclusive promotions, and product launches for increased conversions and track performance metrics.
- Engage with customers on TikTok, respond to inquiries, and provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Utilize TikTok analytics and other relevant tools to measure the success of TikTok campaigns.
- Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about TikTok and e-commerce trends, integrating relevant elements into the TikTok Shop strategy.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and social media teams to align TikTok & TikTok Shop initiatives with broader brand objectives.
Kualifikasi
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Min. 1 year of experience in leading TikTok & TikTok Shop team.
- Good leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Knowledge of TikTok & TikTok Shop platform functionalities, trends, and algorithms.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce principles, product listings, and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track user behavior, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple TikTok Shop initiatives.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
