The role

As a Senior Account Executive (IT) at PT Dinamika Sistem Integrasi Solusi, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success by managing key customer relationships and securing new business opportunities. This full-time position is based in Jakarta and offers the chance to work for a leading provider of integrated IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored IT solutions

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients and effectively communicating the company's value proposition

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to win new business

Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of IT products and services

Contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy and help shape the go-to-market approach

Continuously expand your knowledge of the IT industry and the competitive landscape

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

5+ years of successful sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of closing complex deals

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the business impact of IT solutions

Demonstrated success in consultative selling, solution-based selling, and account management

Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business, or Engineering

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
