Business Development Representative Coordinator
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of 7 SDRs and 1 Lead Gen
  • Ensure team meets qualified meeting and lead generation targets
  • Provide regular coaching, and support Sales Development Representative skill development
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align campaigns and lead processes
  • Maintain CRM discipline, accurate reporting, and pipeline visibility
  • Improve outreach processes, lead qualification, and conversion rates
  • Support scalable prospecting operations across two business units (Premium Content & Enterprise Solution)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales Development, SDR/BDR leadership, or Sales Operations with in a B2B environment
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or subscription-based B2B environment
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) for communication and reporting
  • Proven experience coordinating or leading SDR/BDR teams in a B2B environment
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, etc).
  • Ability to interpret performance dashboards and funnel metrics (leads → SQL → opportunity → revenue).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets competency for reporting and funnel tracking.
  • Demonstrated success operating in target-driven and SLA-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and lead qualification methods (CHAMP/BANT/etc)
  • Strong pipeline hygiene, documentation, and forecast accuracy discipline.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration track record, especially with Sales, Marketing, Product teams.
  • Experience conducting SDR coaching, call reviews, script refinement, and objection handling
