Job summary
A prominent HR services company in Tangerang, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Human Resources and General Affairs Staff. The successful candidate will perform end-to-end HR processes including talent management and payroll, and maintain external communications with vendors. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in HR functions are required. Strong understanding of labor laws and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent management and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of Labor Legislations and HR Lifecycle processes.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end HR processes and employee support.
- Maintain external communications with third parties like HR vendors.
- Establish and ensure compliance with company policies.

Education
- Perform end-to-end HR process and employee support including talent management, talent recruiting, employment contract & engagement, payroll and employee benefits, HR policies, HR administration, and other HR activities
- Maintain external communications with third parties such as HR vendor systems, government-related, legal counsel, etc
- Establish the Company Policies with General Manager
- Ensure Integrity and compliance according to the company policies with regards to HR works
- Perform HR reporting data analyses and provide HR advice to the local team
- Bachelor's degree from Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Good knowledge and work experiences in key HR Processes, Roles, and Responsibilities across the entire HR Lifecycle (min 3 years of experience)
- Good understanding of Labor Legislations
- Good understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll, Engagement, etc
- Good Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills
