About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dependable SPV HR Generalist to lead and oversee day‑to‑day HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of core HR functions—from onboarding to exit formalities—with additional responsibilities in supervising HR team members, ensuring compliance, and driving people strategies that support our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the HR team in handling daily HR tasks
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Review and ensure accurate payroll administration and salary disbursements
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee database
  • Manage BPJS and other statutory benefit processes
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and internal communications
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and development planning
  • Organize internal training programs and track progress
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Lead and manage exit formalities including clearance and final settlements
  • Provide reports and insights to management on HR metrics and initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, payroll systems, and employee regulations
  • In‑depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS processes
  • Experience using HRIS or HR management software
