About the role

As a Quality Assurance Staff (Medical Device) at Standard Biosensor healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of the company's medical devices. This full-time position is based in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat, and will involve overseeing the entire quality assurance process for the organisation's pharmaceutical and medical products.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures to monitor the manufacturing process and end-product quality
2. Conducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address any quality issues
3. Collaborating with the production team to resolve quality-related problems and ensure continuous improvement
4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with industry regulations and standards
5. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
6. Staying up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and implementing necessary process adjustments

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor Degree in pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or related major
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 13485, CPAKB, and relevant regulatory requirements
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
5. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
