About the role

As a Quality Assurance Staff , will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the company's manufacturing and logistics operations. This full-time position based in Depok, West Java is a strategic role that plays a vital part in upholding the company's commitment to excellence.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular quality inspections and audits of products, processes and systems to identify and resolve any issues

Analysing data and generating reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Collaborating cross-functionally to implement quality control measures and best practices

Providing training and guidance to production and logistics teams on quality standards and procedures

Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal quality policies

Participating in the development and refinement of quality assurance protocols

What we're looking for

Bachelor's/Diploma degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical / Industrial/Electrical/ Technology Agriculture

Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Understand regarding mechanical, hydrolic, pump and other mechanical

Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing, mining, agriculture industry

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes

Effectively communicate in English languange

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams across the organisation

Thorough understanding of quality management principles and industry best practices

Proficiency in using quality assurance software and other relevant tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
