About the role

As a MINE PLAN at PT Aneka Sumberbumi Jaya, you will play a crucial role in the operational aspects of the company's mining activities. This full-time position is based in Lampung Selatan, Lampung, where you will be responsible for optimising mining operations and ensuring efficient resource utilisation.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive mine plans to maximise productivity and profitability
• Analysing geological data and resource models to determine optimal mining strategies
• Coordinating and overseeing mining activities, including extraction, processing, and materials handling
• Monitoring and adjusting mine plans to respond to changes in market conditions, resource availability, and operational factors
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant mining regulations and industry best practices
• Providing regular reports and recommendations to management on mining operations and performance

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mine planning and operational management within the mining industry
• Proficiency in using mine planning software and data analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Thorough understanding of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental sustainability practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
