A leading mining company in Kalimantan Barat is seeking an experienced Mine Operation Officer up to Supervisor. The role involves leading and supervising mining crews, managing equipment allocation, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Candidates should possess a degree in Mining Engineering and have 2-5 years of experience in open-pit operations, preferably in bauxite mining. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in open-pit mine operations.
- Strong understanding of production planning and equipment utilization.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and supervise mining crews to achieve production targets.
- Manage equipment allocation and operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Lead and supervise mining crews, operators, and contractors to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Manage equipment allocation, pit sequencing, and operational priorities based on mine plan updates.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and mining regulations.
Collaborate with geologist, survey, and mine plan teams for ore control, quality assurance, and mining direction.
Prepare operational performance reports and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost control.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in open-pit mine operations, preferably in bauxite mining.
Strong understanding of production planning, mine sequencing, and equipment utilization.
Good knowledge of mining safety standards, environmental compliance, and risk management.
Ability to coordinate across multiple functions (Mine Plan, Survey, Geology, Hauling).
