Job Description

The Pool Attendant provides a seamless, luxurious poolside experience for guests by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the pool area. Responsibilities include assisting guests with loungers, towels, and personalized service to meet individual preferences.

Qualifications

1. Guest Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional, warm, and professional guest service consistent with luxury standards.
2. Communication Abilities: Effective verbal communication to engage with guests and provide information about pool facilities and services.
3. Physical Fitness: Stamina and fitness to perform tasks such as arranging amenities and delivering guest requests efficiently.
4. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics of the pool area to meet luxury standards.
5. Guest-Focused Attitude: Anticipates guest needs, adapts to preferences, and enhances the poolside experience.
6. Team Collaboration: Works well with colleagues across departments to coordinate requests and ensure seamless service.
7. Previous Experience: Experience in guest service or hospitality, especially in outdoor or pool environments, is advantageous.
