Job summary

A prominent HR services company in Tangerang, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Human Resources and General Affairs Staff. The successful candidate will perform end-to-end HR processes including talent management and payroll, and maintain external communications with vendors. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in HR functions are required. Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end HR process and employee support including talent management, talent recruiting, employment contract & engagement, payroll and employee benefits, HR policies, HR administration, and other HR activities
  • Maintain external communications with third parties such as HR vendor systems, government-related, legal counsel, etc
  • Establish the Company Policies with General Manager
  • Ensure Integrity and compliance according to the company policies with regards to HR works
  • Perform HR reporting data analyses and provide HR advice to the local team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Good knowledge and work experiences in key HR Processes, Roles, and Responsibilities across the entire HR Lifecycle (min 3 years of experience)
  • Good understanding of Labor Legislations
  • Good understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll, Engagement, etc
  • Good Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills
