Job summary
A manufacturing company in Surabaya is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor responsible for supporting the QA/QC Manager in overseeing department performance and preparing for various audits. The role demands at least 3 years of supervisory experience or 5 years in QA/QC roles, with a requirement for a Bachelor's degree in industrial, chemical, or mechanical engineering. The position also necessitates intermediate proficiency in English to facilitate communication and ensure customer satisfaction through improved product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, chemical, or mechanical engineering required.
- At least 3 years as QA/QC Supervisor or 5 years in QA/QC roles.
- Intermediate English conversation skills mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Support QA/QC Manager in supervising department performance.
- Prepare for audits including ISO and customer audits.
- Conduct verification of customer claims for returned goods.
- Continuous improvement of QA/QC activities.
- Enhance Quality Control/Quality Assurance systems for customer satisfaction.
Skills
Education
- Support QA&QC Manager in supervising and conducting, responsible for monitoring QA&QC Department Performance
- Preparing for external/internal audit (ISO Audit / Customers Audit / Group company audit
- Conducting verification of customer claims goods returned, provide & assists production floor in Product Quality
- Continuous improvement in QA&QC Activities
- Improving Quality Control/Quality Assurance system plan in order to ensure Customer satisfaction through product quality
- Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering / chemical engineering / mechanical engineering or equivalents
- At least 3 years of working experience as a QA&QC Supervisor or or 5 years of working experience as a QA&QC staff in handling customer complain, incoming, in process and outgoing inspection
- Intermediate level conversation in English is a mandatory,
