Job description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle a variety of administrative and basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing & Basic Accounting:

Prepare and send out invoices to customers or vendors.

• Assist with data entry related to basic accounting tasks such as petty cash, expenses, and payment records.

• Update and maintain accounting records accurately.

General Administrative Duties:

Assist with document filing (physical and digital).

• Maintain organized records and ensure easy retrieval of documents.

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Other Administrative Support:

Support the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks

• Ability to read Mandarin is an added advantage / priority.

5 working days (Monday - Friday)

• Comfortable and friendly working environment
