Job summary

A growing international freight forwarder, PT SZETO GLOBAL INDONESIA, seeks a detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Specialist in Jakarta. Responsible for coordinating manifest processes and ensuring compliance with import regulations, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in the field.

• Good knowledge about import procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Shipping Line for booking and release to Customer.
• Create and submit inward manifest to customs.
• Liaise with Customs Authorities to resolve manifest submissions.

Support marketing to check inquiry / rate with shipping line / Airlines / Domestic (Pricing)

Coordinate with Shipping Line for booking and release to Customer

Coordinate with Logistic team for Container pick up / stuffing date

Create Forecast Payment every Thursday

Create Buying and Selling in OAK

Prepare, transfer, and monitor both inward and outward Sea & Air manifest data using the CEISA Portal.

Coordinate with Consignees (CNEE) via email to review manifest details prior to the deadline, based on Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for Export and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for Import.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of manifest data, including:

Container numbers

Weights and measurements

Shipper and consignee information

Liaise with Customs Authorities to resolve any issues related to manifest submissions.

Re-address or update manifest information as needed, ensuring compliance with customs and port regulations.

Maintain up-to-date records and support internal departments with manifest-related information.

Ensure timely submission and tracking of manifest documents to avoid penalties or delays in cargo clearance.

Import Scope

Support marketing to check inquiry / rate with overseas agent

Coordinate with overseas agent for booking and BL preparation

Check shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Insurance, Manifest) with Customer

Monitoring the Vessel / Flight position

Check pre alert from Overseas agent and update to customer

Create and submit inward manifest to custom

Create and submit insurance

Coordinate with Custom Broker (PPJK) for Clearance documents

Create Buying and Selling in OAK

REQUIREMENT :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree.

Fluent In English (spoken and written).

At least 2 years of working experience In the related field.

Having good knowledge about import procedures and regulations.

Able to work under pressure, team player, good Communication Skill and meet tight deadlines.

Computer literate (Ms. Office, Software).

Experience in manifest handling and working with the CEISA Portal is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
