Job description

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update employee records and documentation.

Support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

Manage office assets and ensure proper inventory tracking.

Oversee office facility maintenance and coordinate with vendors.

Handle company legal documentation, including permits, business licenses, reporting obligations, company deeds, and visa applications.

Arrange and document business travel (air tickets, hotel bookings, etc.).

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and documentation.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

Ensure the timely and organized handling of HR and GA-related documents.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Administration, or other relevant fields.

Other majors may be considered based on relevant experience or skillset.

Basic understanding of HR principles (recruitment, employee administration).

Knowledge of GA functions such as asset management, facility maintenance, and corporate document handling.

Experience with business travel arrangements and documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong administrative and documentation skills.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written (in English and Bahasa Indonesia).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
