The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on a new product launch within a rapidly evolving oncology area. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role involves making calls and using digital platforms to communicate with healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, preferably within oncology, haematology, or specialty care, with success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing decisions. Knowledge of NHS structure and access pathways is advantageous. Experience in remote pharmaceutical sales, tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key traits we seek.
Our remote multichannel sales team often outperforms field-based teams, allowing you to achieve great results from home.
