A leading Executive Search Consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Executive Team Assistant. This role offers 80% remote work and involves supporting the Senior Client Lead Director. Ideal candidates will have outstanding communication skills and prior experience in executive search. The position also includes diary management, client relationship maintenance, and project coordination, along with performance bonuses and generous holidays.
Join a highly regarded Executive Search Consultancy in fast paced role as an Executive Team Assistant to support the Senior Client Lead Director and wider team. They need an Executive Team Assistant with a hands on attitude and an extremely professional approach with outstanding communication skills. You will be liaising with CEO's of Private Equity companies around the world, both on the phone and via email.
The company have offices in London however, this role is 80% remote, a really rare opportunity. They have some key clients in the US so there will be some occasional evenings where you'll need to work.
They are looking for someone with previous experience as a Team/Executive Assistant within recruitment or executive search who is looking to be part of a collaborative, supportive and respectful culture.
