Arden University is seeking an Access and Participation Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support to the Access and Participation team. This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into our Coventry head office. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.This role will be based full time from our Coventry head office.

About the Opportunity:
The Access and Participation Administration Officer will provide effective administrative support to the Access and Participation team while working closely with key stakeholders across the University to support the delivery of Access and Participation priorities and strategic interventions.
About You:
The Access and Participation Administrator Officer provides high-quality administrative support to the Access and Participation team and works collaboratively with stakeholders across the University to ensure the delivery of strategic Access and Participation priorities. The role involves managing multiple commitments, meeting tight deadlines, and responding proactively to changing demands.
This role is central to ensuring the smooth, efficient functioning of the team and contributes directly to the implementation of initiatives and the creation of an inclusive, collaborative environment.
