About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn’t available. You will motivate and engage the team, ensuring they have what they need to excel.

We serve customers through various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will involve ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they shop in-store or online. Typical responsibilities during a shift include:

1. Inspire the team to achieve excellent standards and deliver great results.
2. Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Prepare products, including sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Keep displays stocked and appealing.
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.

You should be reliable with natural leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, you value diversity and inclusion.
