Job summary
A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft's Modern Workplace technologies to join their dynamic IT team in Berkshire. Responsibilities include managing Azure Virtual Desktop sessions, administering Microsoft 365, and providing user support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure services, Microsoft Intune, and a solid understanding of endpoint security. Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) - deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and administration.
- Demonstrated experience with Autopilot device deployment and configuration.
- Practical experience implementing and managing Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Entra ID including user/group management and conditional access.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop sessions and environments.
- Administer Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide break-fix support across multiple office locations.
