As Logistic Operations Officer you will be part of the ROV Logistic department within the ROIS business line. You will assist and support shipping needs for our vessels in accordance with the logistic plan and/or method of statement, under the supervision of the Site Logistics project organization.

• Provide support to each division regarding their shipping needs
• Liaise with freight agents in the UK and abroad
• Monitor progress on delivery and shipment to each vessels
• Maintain records to a high standard and ensure shipments are delivered on a timely manner

Experience: 6-7 years within freight forward logistics activities

Technical skills: UK licences basic knowledge

IT skills: Strong excel knowledge and MS package

• PAYE Contractor, 37.5 hours a week, 12 month ongoing.
• Hybrid working model: after an initial office-based training period some Smart Working options and flexible hours may be available

• Location: Bridge of Don, Aberdeen Office
• Start date: as soon as a successful candidate is identified
