Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Network Security Engineer and ZScaler SME to deliver a Zero Trust Network Access project for a global enterprise. You will design and implement secure network architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role involves deploying and managing Zscaler solutions and ensuring best practices in network security. This is primarily a remote position with potential in-person meetings in Central London.
Qualifications
- Experience with secure network architectures in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
- Knowledge of enforcing routing and switching standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure network architectures.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler solutions.
- Integrate identity providers and tools for security.
Skills
Network Security Engineer and ZScaler SME is required to deliver a ZTNA project at a global enterprise. The engagement comprises:
- Design and implementation of secure network architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)
- Integrate Zscaler with identity providers (Azure AD/SSO) and endpoint security tools
- Implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and micro‑segmentation strategies
- Enforce secure routing and switching standards across enterprise networks
- Monitor and optimise secure internet and private application access
- Configure and manage next‑generation firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, etc.)
- Ensure secure routing practices and network segmentation
Whilst this is predominantly a remote role, there may be some requirement to attend in‑person meetings in Central London.
