What You'll Do
  • Teach and assess learners across Agriculture programmes at a range of levels
  • Deliver engaging practical, workshop, and classroom-based lessons
  • Prepare students for employment, apprenticeships, and further study in the agricultural sector
  • Support learners to develop practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours
  • Maintain safe, well‑equipped learning environments in line with industry and health & safety standards
  • Contribute to course development and continuous improvement within the department
What You'll Bring
  • A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Agriculture, Land‑Based Studies, or a related discipline
  • Strong hands‑on experience within the agricultural industry
  • Broad knowledge of modern agricultural practices, machinery, livestock, crops, or farm management
  • Understanding of current industry standards, sustainability, and health & safety requirements
  • A passion for developing others and sharing practical knowledge
  • Teaching or assessor qualifications are welcome but not essential. If you don’t yet have one, we will support you to gain it while you work.
