- Conduct detailed market mapping to identify and headhunt top-tier talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with impressive clients, proactively winning new business.
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening call to final placement.
- Lead contract and salary negotiations to ensure successful outcomes for all parties.
